Pool & hot tub maintenance
Stop guessing what your pool needs this week.
Tell us what equipment you actually own. Get back a maintenance routine built around it — on your calendar, in your inbox, with the exact replacement part named before you need it.
Built from your equipment
A sand filter owner and a cartridge owner have almost nothing in common. The routine branches on what you have — filter type, sanitizer, heater, hot tub — instead of handing everyone the same generic checklist.
The right part, named
When a cartridge is due, the reminder says which one and how many. A Clean & Clear Plus takes four — being told to replace “your cartridge” is how people end up buying one.
Honest about timing
Backwashing is driven by pressure, not the calendar. Those reminders say to check your gauge and act on what it reads — never “backwash today” on a day that might not need it.
How it works
- Answer a few questions. Filter type first, then brand and model, sanitizer, and whether you close for winter.
- Get your routine page. Every task grouped by how often it comes around — weekly, monthly, seasonal, annual.
- Subscribe however you like. Add the calendar feed to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook, and optionally add your email for reminders. Both are optional; the page works on its own.
Or read the maintenance tasks first — what each one takes, how often it comes around, and the part it needs.
