Clean and condition the spa cover
The most expensive part people neglect The cover does the heat-retention work, and its PROLAST™ skin is what fails first when it is ignored. Jacuzzi strongly recommends cleaning it monthly, and says regular cleaning can extend its life. ## What to do 1. Hose off any debris. 2. With a large sponge or soft brush, gently scrub the top with diluted mild soap. 3. Rinse well and do not let soap dry on the skin. Never put soap on the underside. 4. No solvents, abrasives, strong detergents, silicone, or alcohol. ## Habits that keep it alive - Clear snow and standing debris so the foam cores do not break. - Lock the straps, and never sit, stand, or set heavy objects on the cover. - Do not drag it off by the flaps or straps; use a proper cover lift. - Keep the seam away from the control panel side.
