Replace the CLEARRAY UV bulb

Nothing visible tells you it is spent The CLEARRAY® unit is factory-installed on the J-200 and, in Jacuzzi's words, requires an annual bulb replacement to operate to its stated water-chemistry benefit. A spent bulb looks fine and the water looks fine — right up until it does not. ## What to do 1. Turn power to the spa off at the breaker. 2. Replace the UV bulb, and clean the quartz tube at the same time — Jacuzzi calls for the quartz tube to be cleaned every 12 months. 3. Reset the bulb timer so the next reminder lands a year out. UV supplements your sanitiser; it does not replace it. Keep testing and keep a proper residual.
