Replace the CLEARRAY UV bulb

Nothing visible tells you it is spent The CLEARRAY® UV bulb keeps working invisibly and then simply stops sanitising. On the J-300 it is standard (unless you ordered True Water Care instead), and Jacuzzi says the bulb must be replaced after one year — the control panel will post a message when the timer expires. ## What to do 1. Turn power to the spa off at the breaker. 2. Replace the UV bulb, and clean the quartz tube while you are in there — Jacuzzi calls for the quartz tube to be cleaned every 12 months too. 3. Reset the bulb timer so the next reminder lands a year out. UV supplements your sanitiser; it does not replace it. Keep testing and keep a proper residual.
