Jacuzzi puts the average life of each at about two years with regular cleaning and good water balance — but the honest test is how they look, not the date. ## Once they are out for a clean, look properly - Pleats permanently flattened or splayed - Fibres visibly shredding or fuzzing - A cracked or distorted end cap - Pressure/flow that will not recover after an overnight cleanser soak ## Replace both together Change the pair at once. A fresh cartridge next to a spent one does the whole job while the old one passes debris straight through.
