Shock the pool
Every two weeks, or as needed Shock the pool every 2 weeks, and sooner after heavy use, a storm, or if the water dulls. King Technology recommends a non-chlorine shock with the FROG system so you do not spike chlorine past the mineral-assisted low range the system is designed around. Add it with the pump running, per the shock product's dose for your pool volume, and let it circulate before anyone swims.

Pool FROG XL PRO
Replace the Pool FROG Mineral Reservoir (01-12-5462). every 6 months.
6 months or one pool season, whichever is shorter.
Pool FROG XL PRO
Replace the Pool FROG Pac (chlorine) (01-03-5613). as needed.
Condition-driven: replace the Pac to hold 0.5-1.0 ppm free chlorine. No fixed interval in the manual.

Replace the FROG BAM algae treatment (01-10-5060). every 3 months.
90-day protection window. Dose 1 bottle per 15,000 gal (2 for 15-30k, 3 for 30-40k); also dose before winter closing.

Replace the Silicone lubricant (cap O-rings) (01-22-9972). every 2 months.
Lubricate the cap O-rings every 2 months.
